Designed to combat stigma and ease NHS strain, InsideOut, empowers individuals to take control of their mental health 24/7. Using AI-based assessments, InsideOut integrates health data to generate a Whole-Self Wellbeing Score (patent pending). The Wellbeing score is used to guide users to highly-personalised clinical interventions. Users can access 24/7 conversational support from Remi™, AI coach, alongside digital therapeutic courses, including CBT and mindfulness. Courses are delivered by AI Avatars optimising accessibility and affordaiblity. Clinical programmes boost engagement, while optional human therapy ensures a stepped-care model. |

Therapists assign exercises and receive clear summaries of patient progress, making it easier to personalise treatment and track outcomes. This project will adapt Affiniti AI for use within NHS mental health services, aiming to improve therapy engagement, reduce symptoms, and extend support beyond traditional sessions—ultimately helping services deliver more effective, scalable care without increasing clinical workload. |
