Project Dri-Nite: Developing reliable interventions with nocturnal intelligent technology for enuresis
Description

AzureIndigo is developing a non-intrusive device to help children aged 4-16 years old with nocturnal enuresis by studying and gently modifying their sleep habits. The overall aim of the project is to develop sensor technology and algorithms to actively intervene before the patient wets the bed.

The University of Lancashire’s project focused on reaching a proof of concept stage for a new form of intelligent alarm system that is able to detect the likelihood of wetting (at the pre-void stage) and thereby minimise childhood episodes of nocturnal enuresis.

Project WarnDry – novel enuresis alarm
Description

Digital Creativity in Disability is developing a novel enuresis alarm, WarnDry that predicts enuresis as well as providing a package integrating sensors, processors and a mobile application. It is intended the product will learn and be able to predict from a body of collected data patterns of behaviour that occur before an incidence of nocturnal enuresis.
