A free-to-access, digital, pre-moderated, peer support service with integrated psychoeducation, suicide prevention, and diagnostic screening tools to improve mental health in autistic young people.

Tellmi is a scalable and easily accessible digital mental health solution (IOS/Android/Web) that offers anonymous, pre-moderated and age-banded early help. It provides a peer support platform that can be filtered by topic, preemptive counsellor interventions for high-risk users, text-based Tellmi Therapy using a solution-focused approach for those needing more help, and a Directory of over 700 resources and services. The new Tellmi Employability Programme, co-created with DWP Job Coaches and Jobcentre clients, is a needs-matched personalised digital solution to support people with poor mental health overcome their challenges and gain employment.

Endoscopy is a rate limiting step in the diagnosis of oesophageal cancer, and the pandemic has only exacerbated pre-existing waiting lists and delays. We urgently need alternative technologies to support recovery of NHS services and shorten patient waiting times.

The Cytosponge test is a non-endoscopic test for the earlier detection of oesophageal cancer that is transforming the care pathway for people living with chronic reflux and Barrett’s Oesophagus. Cytosponge can be used to triage those on endoscopy waiting lists and who present to their GPs with symptoms to identify those at most risk of cancer to prioritise for endoscopy. Project CYTOPRIME will pilot the Cytosponge test in the community to support recovery of endoscopy services across the North West Coast.
