NROL provides online therapy groups to stroke patients across Lancashire and South Cumbria. ELAROS will adapt a digital platform, to enhance access to NROL whilst improving scalability. The group offer will be enhanced in Lancashire and South Cumbria whilst Cheshire and Merseyside ICS will also implement the model. SameYou charity and Health Innovation Northwest Coast, will complete an in-depth PPIE package of work, also engaging with staff to develop a framework for successful adoption of digital therapy delivery. Finally, Lancaster University are completing an independent evaluation of the project providing a road map to spread and scale NROL.

Beautiful Voice offers a digital health platform that uses artificial intelligence and exercise gamification to power a comprehensive suite of toolkits for healthcare professionals providing speech and language therapy services. It enables healthcare professionals to save time and automate assessments, treatment delivery and management during speech and language therapy, enabling them to deliver a more efficient and measurable healthcare service while improving therapy outcomes for patients.

CareLoop supports people with severe mental illnesses (SMIs). Using a smartphone, patients give regular feedback and access self-management tools. Clinicians view insights remotely and are automatically notified if a patient becomes unwell for early action to prevent relapse. It is a registered Class I medical device, recommended by NICE through the EVA programme. People with SMIs are significantly more likely to attend urgent and emergency departments even though these may not be the best places to receive the care they need. CareLoop’s helps patients manage their mental health in the community to reduce the use of emergency and hospital services.
